These terms govern your use of sergekano.com and any purchase you make.

Products. The Cascade Crystal Tower is designed by Serge Kano and produced
to our specification. Each piece is made to order. Natural variation in
hand-set crystal is a characteristic of the object, not a defect.

Pricing & payment. All prices are in USD. We accept major cards, Shop Pay,
and PayPal. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline
or cancel an order, in which case you are refunded in full.

Orders. An order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we
accept it and begin production.

Returns & warranty. Governed by our Refund & Return Policy and the 2-year
limited warranty stated there.

Intellectual property. All designs, images, and text on this site are the
property of Serge Kano and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Serge Kano is not
liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a product
or this site. The product is intended for normal residential use.
