Shipping policy

Free insured worldwide delivery. Shipping is complimentary and fully
insured on every order, to any country we serve.

Made to order. Each Cascade Crystal Tower is built to order in your chosen
finish in about one week, then ships with about five days in transit — so
most orders arrive within roughly two weeks of ordering.

Tracking & handling. You'll receive tracking when your piece ships. Because
of its value, delivery requires an adult signature.

International orders. Delivery is insured worldwide. Import duties and taxes
are determined by your country and are the recipient's responsibility; these
are billed by the carrier, not by Serge Kano.
