Refund policy

We want you to live with your Serge Kano piece and love it.

30-day returns. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your
order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Condition. Returned pieces must be undamaged and returned in the original
Serge Kano packaging, which is engineered to protect the crystal in transit.
Please keep all packaging until you're certain you're keeping the piece.

How to start a return. Email contact@sergekano.com with your order number and
we'll arrange collection. Because each tower is a made-to-order crystal
object, we schedule an insured, tracked return for you — return shipping is
complimentary, both ways.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your
refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damage in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48
hours with photos and we'll replace it at no cost — this is covered by the
insured delivery and is separate from the return window.

Warranty. Every tower carries a 2-year limited warranty against
manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use.
